Located on the ground floor of our iconic URBIS building, the Pitch Gallery is the ideal setting for large parties, dinners, awards ceremonies and more. The Pitch Gallery offers a versatile contemporary space for your special event, which seats 250 for dinner or 400 for an informal event.
Your guests can enter the space from a range of different ways, and you can even have an exclusive look round the museum collections after closing time. The space also has a brandable LED curtain & large screen available for use, giving you the ideal focal point for Q&As, live music & presentations.
Located on the top two floors of the museum, the Box Gallery is a self-contained hire space that is separate from the rest of the museum. This space is split across two floors, with a connecting staircase. The Box Gallery has floor to ceiling windows, offering stunning views across the city skyline both day and night.
Hosting 40 for dinner, 50 for a meeting or 120 for a reception, the Box Gallery is the perfect space for private dining, networking, board meetings or brand showcases.
The Dugout offers a relaxed, light and airy space overlooking Cathedral Gardens.
Complementing both the Pitch and Box Gallery hire, it offers a great space for networking and breakouts as well as a lovely social area for lunch away from the main event space.
The gardens also offer an alternative breakout space in the summer months, offering a peaceful haven in the heart of the city centre.

Your whole team were all extremely flexible, accommodating, helpful, and ‘on-it’ when it came to making the day the huge success that it was!
We had a fantastic turnout, almost too good (and, in turn, your team were really great in sorting the increased numbers for lunch), the venue was perfect for our requirements and we loved the interesting space.
