- Our brand new Pitch Gallery activity – Yard Ball. Packed with street football vibes and nostalgic fun, Yard Ball invites you to take on challenges and beat your mates by scoring as many points as you can in the time period. Winner gets a medal and bragging rights!
- Access to our Play Gallery where the party can practice their penalty techniques and then hone their skills in our 1-2 box.
- Post game food and drinks in your own private area of our The Dugout Cafe.

How do I book a birthday party?
You can book by going to our website and locating the Birthday Party section. A £280 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the party.
What is the maximum number of children I can invite?
We can accommodate up to 20 children per party.
Can I change my guest numbers after booking?
Final numbers are required 14 days before the event. Changes after this may not be possible and may incur charges.
Can adults attend the party?
Yes. Two accompanying adults attend free. Additional adults and siblings pay the standard admission rate should they choose to join the facilitated session. Parents may sit in our Dugout Café free of charge and wait for the facilitated party to come down for catering.
What happens if I need to cancel?
More than 14 days before: refund minus deposit. Within 14 days: no refund.
Are decorations allowed?
Yes, but no sparklers or adhesives on walls. A maximum of two numbered birthday cake candles are permitted under adult supervision.
Can I bring my own food?
Birthday cakes are permitted and our catering team can store them in the fridge upon arrival. Additional outside food is not allowed unless approved. Catering details must be provided 14 days in advance.
Is food allowed in the galleries?
No, food and drink are not permitted in the main galleries.
Who supervises the children?
Hosts assist with facilitation, but supervision is the organiser’s responsibility.
What about allergies?
Please inform us 14 days before the party so we can accommodate dietary needs.
Is the museum responsible for lost belongings?
No, guests should keep valuables with them and arrange insurance if needed. A tub will be provided, should you need to store any bags and coats.
Will photographs be taken?
We may take photos for promotional use. Inform us in advance if guests do not wish to be photographed.
What happens if the museum needs to cancel?
We may reschedule or offer a voucher in unforeseen circumstances.

Booking & Payment
- A non‑refundable deposit of £280 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the event date.
- Bookings are confirmed once full payment and written confirmation have been issued
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations more than 14 days prior to receiving a refund excluding the deposit.
- No refunds within 14 days of the event.
- No refund if fewer children attend than booked.
- In unforeseen circumstances, the Museum may reschedule or issue a voucher.
Guest Numbers & Attendance
- Minimum of 10 children, maximum of 20 children.
- Final numbers due 14 days before the event.
- Changes may incur charges and are not guaranteed.
- Minimum agreed number will be charged even if fewer attend.
- Up to 2 accompanying adults are free; others pay standard admission.
Pricing & Additional Fees
- Seasonal offers cannot be used with party bookings.
- Additional fees may apply.
Health, Safety & Venue Rules
- All guests must follow museum rules.
- Party hosts support facilitation, but supervision remains the organiser’s responsibility.
- The Museum is not liable for injuries caused by rule violations.
- No sparklers or wall adhesives; damage charges may apply.

Conduct & Behaviour
- The Museum may refuse entry or remove disruptive guests.
- Damage to property may incur charges.
Catering & Dietary Requirements

Personal Belongings & Liability
- The Museum is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Guests should arrange their own insurance.
Photography & Media
